Silver Certification
The Silver Certification is awarded to organisations that go beyond basic compliance by implementing robust HR processes and demonstrating consistency in their people management practices. Gold Certification
The Gold Certification recognises organisations that have embedded HR excellence throughout their business. This certification level includes framework that is directly mapped to the UK Government’s Social Value Model (PPN 026).
